18 Aug License count email update to customers
On a monthly basis, Vymo will send a communication to customer Sponsors & SPOCs informing them of the licensed & registered user counts in that month. Refer Customer roles for email communication release note for details on who receives this email.
For customers with overage set to No, this will help them manage their registered users and deactivate users if required.
For customers with overage set to Yes, this will help them understand the overage users as well as estimate the additional billing they will incur in that month.
And customers who are not yet using 100% of their licenses, this should nudge them to drive adoption and create more users in Vymo.
