28 Nov Timezone handling in Vymo
Vymo now supports multiple timezones and the precise handling is described hereunder:
- All User activity such as lead creation/ update, activity creation/update etc are recorded in the timezone of the user’s device.
- All Aggregate reporting is done at a module level. And since each country of usage is configured as a separate module in Vymo, aggregate reporting will happen at the country level. For countries that have multiple time zones, there will be primary time zone which is configured on a per country basis, which will define the basis of aggregation.
- The Adoption dashboard will be configured to a single timezone, matching the client’s HQ timezone. For example, for Dupont this is set to Singapore since that is their regional HQ.
